Best place ever! We moved in 2yrs ago, I can't say enough good things about this place. Office: Laurie is awesome, makes you feel like she is there to make you feel heard and taken care of. She does an awesome job of keeping on eye on things to make sure this little neighborhood stays safe and clean. Maintenance: best maintenance Ive ever experienced at an apartment complex! All the guys are nice, and hard working. Very timely responses when you place a ticket. And if they were waiting on parts or help, they communicated that to us. I had several appliances go out over the past 2 yrs, and very quickly, they brought in new appliances for me. Beneva place apartments are amazing ! I have so many good things to say starting off with Kendal & Laurie. They made it such an easy & smooth process, this was my first time moving to a new place. They assisted me with everything, explained everything to a T, and will answer any questions & concerns. The complex is beautiful, surrounded by nature and the location of the complex is very convenient. Maintenance always comes ASAP, I’ve had some minor issues and they’re so easy to get ahold of and always come on time. Neighbors are amazing and very friendly. Getting a hold of someone at the leasing office is super easy and all your questions will be answered. This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived at! The maintenance is so fast and efficient and the management is amazing. Laurie in the front office helped me so much while through a difficult time and has such a lovely, warm personality. The apartments are clean and I feel safe! The amenities are great too. I love Beneva Place!

I've been living at Beneva Place Apartments for 15 years now and it just keeps getting better and better. The office staff and maintenance crew are all outstanding.
