It’s a pretty new and nicely furnished co-living apartment. I don’t cook very often so it’s perfect for me. There are plenty of cabinets for storage, plus fridge, TV and microwave in your own room. A person will come clean up the common kitchen every week. The property manager Surya is very nice and responsive. He answers messages promptly and quickly solves all the issues. When I moved out, I got all my deposit refunded. He contacted me multiple times to ensure I got the refund.

I had the pleasure of working with Suyra. He was very knowledgeable,by far one of the best Property Managers to communicate with. He gave me a detailed tour of property and was very responsive to all my questions. Thanks again Suyra!

They are listing on booking.com and it is a scam. they refuse to give you the actual address even after you pay. Trying to find my son housing and now they are holding my $5k plus for two months stay at a place with no address. I did finally get the address from booking and see it is also facing the freeway and has tent camps of homeless and lots of trash out front. The guy kept calling me and it was unprofessional on speaker phone and such. Shady and scam and booking.com is a terrible site I do not recommend to anyone.

The leasing office for 1775 Beloit will be nice until you pay the "1000$" plus the application fee for the unit. Once it's paid and the "72 hours" cancellation window is over, they will never respond to your emails or phone calls about the application status. I didn't hear back anything even after 10 days of application until I had to tell them that I can't wait forever for application result, after which I was informed that they can't return the 1000$ because the 72 hours cancellation window is over. I am not sure about others, but this was my experience dealing with them.

My husband is working in LA for a couple months, so we booked this place through Airbnb because it looked great and promising. They had the booking confirmed for over a week, even made us send in copies of our drivers licenses and everything for their security stuff, then on the day we need to check in, they suddenly cancel our reservation because they don’t allow kids. We had clearly put in the booking that we are a family of three—2 adults and a one-yr old. It’s not like they didn’t have ample time to tell us we’re not allowed to stay there with our daughter. They just decided to wait until the most inconvenient moment to ruin our living arrangements for the month. My husband was disgusted with how pushy and demanding they were about sending them our id cards, and now we’re both furious
