Bellwood Park Apartments

I’ve had an amazing experience at Bellwood Park Apartments! From day one, the team has been professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. What really stands out is that the property is managed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, which gives me so much peace of mind knowing there’s always someone available if needed. I especially want to recognize Marisol for her outstanding customer service. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued. Every time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she handled it quickly and with a positive attitude. Her professionalism and dedication make a huge difference in the overall experience here. If you’re considering moving here, definitely ask for Marisol — she’ll take great care of you!

My wife and I lived at Bellwood with our 3 children from August 2015 through early January 2016. The apartment itself was in pretty descent condition, with some cosmetic damage, but nothing that was really undesirable. Our neighbors mostly kept to themselves but were very kind and quiet. The property is pretty small so all though you may not know everybody you can at least become familiar with most of the tenants. We felt that this really promoted a sense of security and accountability amongst the community as a whole. During our short stay there we never had anything stolen and nothing was every damaged. The apts are very good in condition and it’s very very nice and clean, but Some Mexican blond hair women was very mean to us I have no Idea why and I was gonna give this apt a good rating but that woman was a person who is very rude…. I am turning 55years old and I never had that attitude in my life! If your gonna view these apts do not go close to apt 43 cause the woman is mean…….

The Bell wood park apartments it’s like there own little community. It’s a gated community and a great way to raise your family it’s close walking distance to convention stores schools bus stops gas station freeway ect.
