Bellogente Garden Apartments

It’s an okay area to live only issue is the new move ins we get their apartment is very modernized compare to the people that has lived here way before the new landlord Crystal came along for the last few years. A few others are still stuck with the appliances that this area was built back in the 80’s and for the price they accumulate isn’t worth it in my opinion. But it is a safe area to live

This has always been a great property, Unfortunately I relocated because of work. The previous manager who retired after 30 years was great but it was amazing all the updates and great accomplishments the new manager crystal has made in such a little time. Which were much needed and the property continued to feel like home and all the neighbors are nice and friendly, family oriented and soo peaceful. Maintenance requests were taken care of the same day and the manager makes sure there's nothing else that needs to be taken care of by always asking if you are okay. Definitely would move back in if I came back to MV. Rent is very reasonable and it's feels more like home than an apartment building.

I’ve been living for unless 15 years and since the new manager arrives I’ve never seen the tree palms trimmed the branches are hanging and looks so bad, before both sides on the main entrance they was putting seasonal flowers now you will see 2or3 agaves and last year the people brought their own chairs to the pool because they was fixing them, now you can’t use your balcony to do a barbecue you must do it on the picnic area on summer the sun hits over 95* then you need go back to your home because is not any shades there.many times they was using used parts to repair things in the apartments and the rent is been increased about $400 on the last 3 or 4 years if you call that work hard you are totally right. And of course a lot a people is moving out if you have 24 years living here you m

I love it when I’m able to visit with family and friends here. The neighbors are friendly and the premises are kept clean and well maintained thanks to manager Crystal and her team.

People are always waiting to move in here. As soon as one is available, there's always someone ready to move in.
