Bella Vista Apartments

If you’re thinking about living here don’t. Management is horrible. They pretend to care when they clearly don’t. Maintenance takes forever to fix what’s wrong in your apartment, and majority of the time they never come to fix what needs to be fixed. There is a roach infestation outside in the dirt because of all of the stray cats that poop here. Not to mention there are also roaches inside the apartments even though pest control comes every month. This apartment complex definitely is on my worst places I’ve ever lived list.

So I have lived here for a year and it is a mess. When you move in its a mess and everything is just painted over. Since I just moved out, I found out they don't want to clean the apartments themselves, they want it cleaned by the tenant leaving. So just know that they don't clean or fix when you go to move in and will blame things on you, there are tons of roaches and mice. I probably killed 12 mice while living there and took a picture of everything as proof. I worked nights and slept during the day, and they knew this and worked around it, when bug express came, they unlocked the door and sprayed while I was asleep, and the landlady tried to say I was a bad tenant cause I didn't let them in or answer.. I WAS ASLEEP!! When they do fix things they leave nails all around in the parking lot

STAY AWAY !!! The pool has NO water and looks like it has been abandoned for years. The laundromat has 4 washers and 4 dryers and ONLY 2 washers and 2 dryers work. They say Dog friendly BUT, these is NO place for them to go potty. If you like living in a depressing place then this is the place for you.

I've lived here for about 4 years with complaints here and there, one of the reasons I chose Bella Vista was because of the Bi-monthly rent payment options they offered. However over time, my rent has increased, I have had a $35 increase because of me paying bi monthly. And now it looks like they will be adding an additional $25 to my overall rent amount. And electricity is $100/month no matter what your actual electricity consumption is, which I thought was odd so I called the company and was told the reason behind that is our complex as a whole was behind in our payment and would have to pay the extra amount until we are caught up and that was about a year ago with no change yet. Awesome place to live. We have been here for 8 years and would not want to live anywhere else. The mangement has done a fantastic job and maintenance is fast and also does a excellent job.
