Love the new management and maintenance team! They actually listen and address the problems! Several residents here were too comfortable with the previous management and breaking the rules, which ended up affecting all the good residents! I hope this management lasts here for a very long time!
The management needs work. There is a lot of preference towards some of the tenants. Excellent maintenance department though. Everything reported gets fixed or resolved in a timely manner. By far one of the most well kept apartment complex.
The "has pool' description should be removed. Its only open half the year and throughout that period is not even open all the time as they close it for maintenance and also randomly close access to it.
Don't visit anyone there!!!! Your car will get towed even if you park at office parking space.400$ tow.
Management is rude.. always changing managers.. horrible service
