Bella Terra at City Center Apartments

I've lived here since August 2025, and I am very happy. I moved here from Advenir at French quarter - where the apartments were bigger and prettier BUT provided ZERO maintenance service (you'd wait two months to get air fixed, or few months for a washer...) At Bella Terra, moving in was easy and pleasant. Ruby and Andrea provided amazing customer service. The complex is safe, peaceful and quiet! That's very hard to find around here in this area. These apartment are little older, windows and doors were very drafty, and few things just broke down on me - but the MAINTENANCE SERVICE IS AMAZING! This apartment complex has completely failed its tenants. Our building has ongoing hot water issues, and management has repeatedly promised repairs that never actually fix the problem. Instead of doing what’s clearly needed—replacing failing equipment—they keep applying temporary band-aid solutions that don’t last. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability and care. They expect full rent, on time, every month, yet provide half-hearted service in return. Hot water is a basic necessity, not a luxury, and the fact that this has dragged on for so long shows exactly how little tenant well-being matters here. If you’re considering moving here, don’t. Management does not prioritize residents, communication is empty promises, and problems are only addressed when they become unavoidable

Friendly staff and nice clean property. Ozzly the property manager is running things quite nice and smooth. I was here on a professional level today and was impressed with the staff and property quality. I went to middle school and high school just down the street from here. It brought back some very found memories of my childhood. This property has been here for a numbers of years and I had friend that lived here in high school and after. Te integrity and quality have always been nice. Nice size apartments 2x2 1x1 and studios are available staring at 1025 per month. Landscaping, exterior and interiors are nicely appointed. 10 stars to the maintenance crew -shout out to Aaron! Imagine they show up for a request at 11pm! Also Luis and Jose (i think ) were great 👍
