Bell Uptown District Apartments

I moved here in August, and my experience with management has been absolutely awesome! The property manager stood out to me during my apt tour and has not disappointed me since. Donnell really goes above and beyond. (Whatever he gets paid, it’s not enough!! Haha) It’s a huge change from most managed properties, where management seems to do the bare minimum for problem solving and blame it on limitations from their corporate higher ups. Donnell really cares and that makes all the difference in my experience here. No building is perfect of course— but at Bell Uptown District, even when there is an issue with something in the building (which is quite rare), the communication and updates from management are superb! I also love my apartment— great floor plan, great storage, nice and spacious. I

I had an amazing experience living at Bell Uptown District. Maintenance requests were resolved within a matter of a few days at the latest. While the staff did change once or twice over the years, the management has always been kind and responsive. The lounges and gym were for the most part accessible and well-kept. I also appreciate that there were apartment community events, I didn’t make it to many but I can tell they were well organized. Sometimes the parking garage had technical difficulties, but the management was fairly quick at resolving issues and making accommodations. I enjoyed living at Bell Uptown and would highly recommend leasing with them!

We've been living here for five years and with the new management, the place became amazing! We have community events and we became acquainted with half of the building. Our cat sitter is living here and so many more cool people. It's not a building that matters, it's the community and the super cool management. Donnell, Josue, Rosa and everyone else, we appreciate you very much!

Rechel has been great to work with - she's quickly and helpfully handled any issue I've brought up. Security guys (Kemani et al) and maintenance staff have also been on it. And the apartment itself is gorgeous.

The current maintenance manager, Josue, is outstanding in all respects. He is courteous, responsive, efficient and, most importantly, he is competent. As a former longtime homeowner, I appreciate that he is a skilled professional.
