Bell Flatirons Apartments

Don’t rent here. The management is a joke! The amenities appear cool on paper but they can’t even figure out how to keep the lights on at the pool or tennis courts. And good luck ever getting ahold of management

I do not recommend living at Bell Flatirons if you want reasonable responses to maintenance requests. Today I called back about a maintenance request that I put in about a week ago. They informed me that there was no projected timeline for them to complete it and it could take up to two weeks. Mind you. It’s a broken garbage disposal and it’s jammed and won’t be manually reset despite my efforts. So my apartment smells like rotten food. They said “maybe you can call your own technician to come in” even though the rent is supposed to include maintenance requests actually being fulfilled. This isn’t the first instance of this happening. We have GAS fireplaces and I had not a single working fire alarm. Instead of fixing it, they again asked my to purchase my own then came 2 weeks later. T

I LOVE living here. So many amenities. Office personnel, Resident services & maintenance crew are all very nice & attentive. It's extremely easy to put in a request for any maintenance & pay rent ( perks for paying rent on time), 5 pools (1 year round w/ hot tub), the gym has all you need including a yoga room. Nice view surrounding the lake. Easy walk to the mall. My place has windows seats in the living room and master bedroom. A great view of the mountains. Soooo very much more. When I need to down size to a 1 bedroom, I'll still be living here at Bell Flatirons. Can't wait till the summer to take my paddleboard out onto the lake. Then chill in the cabanas after. Jennifer got us scheduled in quickly, my Mom and I are very grateful. Only a few days later, Trevor arrived on time and replaced or repaired everything on our list of legit issues. Trevor is a Pro and a genuine joy to work with. I came back to the office to thank Jennifer in person. Both Jennifer and Trevor are a valuable asset to the Bell Flatirons.

I have already contacted Resident Services multiple times regarding these issues, but nothing has been resolved. My concerns about inaccurate charges, flooding, potential mold, and maintenance quality have not been addressed in a meaningful way. This response feels like a copy-paste reply rather than a genuine attempt to fix ongoing problems. If management is serious about resolving this, I am happy to provide dates, documentation, and proof of my previous communications, but I would like a real solution—not just an invitation to repeat the same process that has already failed.
