Bell CityLine Apartments

For the past two months, I have been experiencing extremely loud music with heavy bass from a neighboring unit at Bell CityLine Richardson. The bass is so strong that my entire unit vibrates, and I can hear the music clearly throughout my apartment. This happens frequently throughout the day and night “2am”. I have called and informed management multiple times and have visited the leasing office in person repeatedly, but no effective solution has been provided. I have even had to call the non-emergency police line 8–10 times due to the severity of the noise. This situation has made it impossible to relax in my own home, and I have started developing severe headaches from the constant vibration and disturbance. Jose from maintenance has been absolutely amazing. He’s always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever there’s an issue in my apartment. He takes the time to explain what he’s fixing and makes sure the job is done right the first time. It’s clear he truly cares about the residents and the quality of his work. Jose is a huge asset to this apartment complex, and I really appreciate everything he does. Bell Cityline GIVE HIM A RAISE!

Living at this apartment complex has been a great experience overall. The grounds are well kept, the office staff is helpful, and everything feels well organized. Jose from maintenance consistently goes above and beyond. He’s always polite, efficient, and takes pride in his work. Any issue I’ve had was handled quickly and professionally. It’s reassuring to know there’s a reliable maintenance team here. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

My family and I moved into Bell CityLine about one month ago. Sherrie was super informative and welcoming upon our initial visit. She even toured us in the snow and ice! Our first impression with Sherrie resonated with us and played a big factor in leasing with Bell CityLine. The staff are friendly and helpful and we love the location. Highly recommend Bell CityLine!
