Overall, a decent experience and a friendly team, but the bank feels more transactional and limited than what I expect from a true local or regional relationship bank. Offerings and flexibility are closer to a large national bank than a neighborhood institution. Likely a fine fit for more standardized or larger transactions, but not ideal if you are looking for a highly flexible, relationship driven approach.
Working with Eric Huffaker for our mortgage was the best choice. He made a stressful time simpler and worked to make it easier along the way.
Love this bank and the amount of thought that goes inti the customer is outstanding! Love Love Love Bell Bank!!
