Belgravia has a strong reputation for being a top-tier builder known for high-quality construction. That said, I wanted to share an important detail about the unit/building we live in. Our condo is 2,100 square feet with 10-foot ceilings, yet the builder (Belgravia) installed an 80,000 BTU single-stage furnace. This is the most basic, inexpensive, and underpowered option available. While the condo itself and the finishes are beautiful, the mechanical systems matter too. I would advise potential buyers to pay close attention to these details—don’t assume the builder has sized or selected systems appropriately for the space.
