Belcher Park Apartments

We are new residents here and so far we absolutely love it !!! It’s quiet and clean and management is very welcoming. Our apartment is very nice and upon move in litterally almost nothing wrong with the place. Let’s just say it’s a very family friendly complex .so many places for food and things right around the corner . We tend to stay a while and are very blessed to have such a great apartment.

Lived here for 2 yrs and actually liked it. Was always quiet espically at night, apartment was good decent size for 2 bedroom. Maintenance usually always shows up within 24 hrs unless it's emergency. I never met the office staff my roommate did that and she didn't really have any complaints. It can sometimes be hard to get hold of office staff by phone but they monitor the online resident portal all the time. When I had trouble reaching someone about security deposit return check but I managed to get the property mgrs number and heard back within 1 hr, had full refunded check within a week. I do miss it there.

I lived at Casa Corsicana for three years which is managed by Hendricks Enterprises. It's nothing special, certainly not worth the high rent they charge. The first year the rent was okay, then the following rent increases each year were ridiculously high. Cost of monthly trash fee is very high and increases every month without notice. The appliances are old and not energy efficient. Central A/C is old and breaks down often. Management will not call to fix it unless the temperature in the apartment is 85 degrees. Management and maintenance are not the best. Any maintenance request posted after 5 pm does not get looked at until the next day if you’re lucky. When I had first moved in this place seemed great, but eventually I had to deal with multiple leaks due to AC issues in the unit above, what appeared to be mold, and a roach infestation. The AC issues were 100% their fault for not addressing timely, and the mold seems to have stemmed from that (their solution was to paint over it). The roaches only appeared several months into the pandemic when they decided to cease the monthly pest sprays. Speaking of, the start of the pandemic is where this place really went downhill in my opinion. The office staff became difficult to deal with, rude, and unprofessional. Then they began charging fees to pay rent unless you linked your bank account directly to them via a third party. I understand that stress was high for everyone, but there is no excuse f
