Beechwood Place Apartments

I have been at Beechwood Apartments for a few years now! And, I just wanted to say thank you to all of management and maintenance! Especially to Ms. Amanda for answering ALL of the questions that I have, and things I need to know immediately! (I'm noisy) The grounds stay clean, our work orders are answered quick and I feel safe here! U guys rock! Thank U again Building 810!

Amanda is the best manager. She works hard to make sure the property is clean and taken care of. She responds promptly to the emails and gets things done. She is very friendly, professional and helpful in her dealings with the tenants. We are very happy and pleased to live at the Beechwood Apartments and to have Amanda as the Property manager!!!

Unprofessional!! Received email months ago stating I was approved, but didn’t receive any follow up information. So, I called and left countless messages requesting a phone call back. Never received one!! The move in date was 9/1 originally. I’ve passed by the property a few times and I knew there was no way it would be ready by then. Still didn’t receive a phone call or notice about it! Finally get in touch with someone and I’m told the move in date is now 10/15. When exactly was I supposed to hear about this? Completely unprofessional! Approved tenants should’ve been the first to be contacted! We’re the ones who have to move from our current locations! Do better!

Heads up on the office Mgr. Amanda If you pop in for questions instead of a "Can I help you?".. you get " There's at least a one year waiting list", without any expression. "Take an ap if you want". She will do everything to get you to leave as she is totally lacking any customer service skills. I wouldn't let any positive reviews of the office mgr. convince me otherwise as she seems to be one of those employees you really don't want to encounter. Again you've been alerted, and try not to take it personal, if you are treated the way I have.

Amanda, the manager she makes sure the complex ground is picked up. She responds to emails quickly and timely. When there is a maintenance request that it’s done ASAP. She cares about her tenants and the property. I hope they give her a raise and keep her here.
