The location is great. But Pavilion itself is lacking. Always takes several tries for them to answer emails, text messages, or phone calls. When we have maintenance issues were are not at the forefront of their mind when trying to get things better for us. We just had an issue recently where our upstairs toliet broke and there was aleak, causing ceiling tiles to fall and sink in in our kitchen and the ceiling was all moldy. They claimed that it was not mold and just wiped it away, and covered it back up. You can tell there is still an underlying issue in the flooring because the bathroom floor is is squishy. Another issue we have had is unnecessary or ridiculous maintenance charges for issues that were not our fault. Would not waste my time living here anymore.
