Bee Creek Apartments

Horrible apartment complex. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Moved in a little more than 2 weeks ago and already want out. Management has failed to abide by the legal contract that we all signed. We entered into a dirty unit that we had to clean ourselves; took us a couple days to fully clean everything. Our washer didn’t work from day one (still has not been fixed). Our plumbing to our tub/shower was not plumbed correctly so we are without a toilet and a shower (still not fixed). New carpet but maintenance and plumbers don’t take off their muddy shoes so we’re cleaning that every time. They don’t bother to call ahead when entering. They don’t bother to enforce the rules unless it benefits them. They never answer their phone and the “emergency line” we are able to call 24/7, they don’t pi

Internet was down last week for over a week. No notice, no apology, nothing. This is included in the rent and many of us work from home and rely on this amenity. Do I get that portion of my rent returned, nope. Went down to the office, several times, and no one was there, this is soooo common. Both ladies are often gone and hardly ever return phone calls. Do they work from home or something? When the guy was there you'd always get your calls returned and he was in the office most of the day or you'd see him walking property. When I finally got an explanation the manager she just blamed other "techs". Bee creek has always been a place to call home. They have so many amenities including, the salt water pool, playground for the kids, and a workout room. It’s always quiet and safe. The maintenance team is amazing at what they do. If you have an issue they come and fix it straight away.

We lived at these apartments from May 2020 to Jan 2025. I gave it a 4 star because I have to assume for apartment life, it’s pretty good. We’ve never lived at any other apartment complex. Now that we have our own house it’s no comparison and makes all of the annoyances we dealt with seem worse than they were at the time - a lot of it was “just part of it.” If you are considering apartments in Branson, this is probably one of your nicest options in terms of amenities. Maybe 3rd best, behind Turtle Creek or the Preserve. I think the complex was built about 15 years ago - so not new but not old. The location is fantastic though and that’s what was most important to us. You definitely get what you pay for here. I have a 3 bedroom on the bottom floor and it’s a very nice, cozy unit. The kitchen is nice with stone countertops and a small dining area and all appliances are provided and maintained by the property management. What I like about these apartments is that there are so many ways to arrange your furniture to achieve different vibes (I’ve been in a lot of units and no two are setup the same way.) I have small children and I couldn’t feel any better about their safety at this location, people are friendly and most have kids as well. Great little community away from the hustle and bustle of Branson (and the darker sides as well.) We don’t see much traffic out here other than residents and their guests, no random strangers coming here. Management keeps
