Beazer Homes

Poor quaility home. Windows not properly installed gaps and water leaking in. Kitchen cabniets not installed properly. Faulty wiring on outlets in home alot of shortage, cannot plug 2 thing in 1 room at the same time. horrible.

Buyer beware. Do some research on Beazer before building with them. Once your home is outside of the warranty period, everything will start to break. They clearly take no pride in the work they do. Ask anyone in the Indianapolis area who has had the unfortunate luck of purchasing one of their homes.

6 years in, 5 or so light switch failures. (Old complaints) construction gravel under the grass, check photos, huge chunks of waste concrete under grass. Class action maybe?
