Beaver Hollow Apartments

I have lived here for 11 years and I have never had any problems .Durrell was one if the best managers you could ask for.Irs a very clean and beautiful place to live and if you need something fixed they are on top of it but now my health is bad .I'm going thru chemo and I can't ever get any rest due to my upstairs neighbor playing music at 7am and it's really loud.Not the music but the bass.It knocks my pictures off the wall and it knocked my light fixture out in my laundry room and shattered all over the floor.I have talked to the manager 2 or 3 times about it and she said she would send her a letter but the music still plays every morning.My children can never sleep past 7am in weekends because it wakes the whole house up and the ppl that lives in front of her has a newborn and it gets w

Beaver Hollow is located in a nice, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It has amenities such as the common lounge which is a multipurpose center for various events. What I like the most about my apartment is that it is spacious and cozy. From my balcony , I can see a range of mountains. It is so serene. I would also like to mention the apartment manager who responds promptly to requests made by tenants, and ensures that they have their needs met in a timely manner. He treats everyone with respect, understanding and gentleness. I truly love living here! I have been living here for the past 15 years.

I’ve lived here 3 years and very happy with the Management. The Grounds are Clean. And neighbors are friendly. I would highly recommend living here In Beaver Hollow apartments. safe for children ,neighbors look out for one another children while outplaying.The World we live in today ,it’s always good to know that we can look out for each other as we live amongst one another.

I have lived at Beaver Hollow for 8 1/2 years now. Its has been a joy living hear 200 is a good building. Manager Durrell Has always responded to any issue I may have with speed and professionalism. My only complaint is is my carpet is shot. It is old been here since built. Other than that all is very pleasurable to live here.
