Beaver Creek Townhomes

The best and most organized property management I have ever experienced in my years of renting. I always recommend Beaver Creek Townhomes, as well as the other Pristine Properties locations to all friends and family. I am going into my second year leasing at Beaver Creek and I have never been so all around satisfied and comfortable with a rental property as I have been since I've moved here. Management: Property manager, Elizabeth, was so kind and helpful in finding a unit for me to lease, and welcoming as well on the day of move in. Since then she has shown to be very professional and takes her job as a property manager very serious, providing the best assistance possible, and as a renter that is something that I can definitely appreciate. Lived there from Dec 2015 to Jan 2018, get $600 of $1800 security deposit back. They charged us $1200 for the carpet replacement, which the property manager told us they were changing the carpet in Nov 2017 because it was over 10 years old. It turned our they were planning us to pay for that. Never open any of your window because the road noise is very loud. We can hear our neighbor talking through their phones in our bedroom. If you have two cars, one car may need to park far away to be out of the way of the other car.

Maintenance only fixes things when they choose to the neighbors upstairs are extremely loud it sounds like they're moving furniture or bowling balls about 10 hours A-day as well as nobody's working and people are working together it's amazing they can afford this place but At the end of this year I will be done. 2 years and still mold. Smh and they drag race all day every day. Not suggested

Omg I was thinking of moving here. Thank God for the reviews. Maintenance should always be a priority and mold. My daughter has asthma . I can see now the issues I'd have in the future if I had to live like this
