Beaumont Trace Apartments

I lived at Beaumont Trace for 11 years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the very beginning to the day I moved out, the staff was consistently professional, kind, and helpful. I always took pride in being a responsible tenant and treating my apartment with care and respect, and that mutual respect was always reflected in how management treated me in return. When I made the difficult decision to leave with months still left on my lease, they were incredibly understanding and worked with me in a way I will always be grateful for. Beaumont Trace was more than just an apartment complex to me — it was home. I genuinely loved living there and will always look back on my time there very fondly. It’s going on three years now that I have lived here, and all I can say is this is home to me. I never thought I could feel so safe. The property is constantly kept up. The management is amazing Haley and Sheila will do whatever they can to make you happy, and they work so hard to make sure the property, is always looking great. maintenance ( Raymond ) Will definitely try and get to you as soon as possible. Air conditioning always come first in our Texas heat and that is the way it should be. Haley and Sheila take pride in this property. I’m so proud to call Beaumont trace my home.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! If the review had a zero I would put it. Will not being staying or signing another lease. Not once but twice did my wife’s car get broken into and stolen. The gate is constantly broke, gets fixed and breaks again. Not only do we feel targeted, but my wife feels unsafe. They also told my wife that they would let us break our contract early, but needed to take down negative reviews off the internet in exchange for waiving the penalties for breaking lease early. I have informed my Coat Guard command about the situations and not only I, but many others will be telling future Coast Guard members along with anyone I meet to not stay here. Another thing is the garbage company does not leave our property clean, and always leave trash on the ground. Over priced for what you are

We lived there for only a short few months before we moved into our home once it was ready but what a great experience. The staff and management was accommodating in every way and went above and beyond all our expectations. The community is quiet and feels secure. They aren't just pet tolerant they are pet friendly which was great for our 2 dogs. Although we were moving into our home it was actually tough to leave. Highly recommended place to live for anyone looking for a great 2-3 bedroom apartment while not breaking the bank. Thanks again to Laura and her staff!!

I've lived here six years and it's great. Maintenance is fast. Staff are always nice and helpful. I enjoy it.
