I would not recommend using this service for several reasons. Appraisal walk thru was done by Doug Beatson on Nov. 3rd and was told I would have the finished appraisal report by Nov 11th. Never received the report until Nov. 21st. Several failed attempts at contacting Doug made me worried that I had been scammed out of my money, since my check was cashed before the job was completed and I wasn't getting a call back from him. When I finally spoke with Doug, and each time after, he kept telling me he was very busy, other properties had priority and had to be done first and was given a new promised date for getting the report which again wasn't met. I was also told by Doug that he would hand deliver a hard copy of the report which I never got. I followed up with an email and never receiv
