Beautiful, Quality Homes! I have had the pleasure of photographing hundreds of Beacon Homes in the Edmond area for years now and they are only getting better. I have witnessed first hand the detail and attention they put into each of their beautiful homes. They have a great group of smart and friendly faces. If you're looking for a new home, I'd strongly recommend checking them out!

Poor construction quality the supervisor didn't care to take care. Had flooring issues and still the upgraded carpet looks shabby and it's bad shape. Make sure you don't close until all issues are fixed. I will post picture of a door that wasn't fixed after several emails and calls. The repairman said it needs replaced but the builder wants to fix it somehow.

Home building can be daunting, but we had the best time possible with Beacon. Shawna was our first point of contact with Beacon. She was instrumental in helping us put our dreams to paper and finding a floor plan that would best suit our needs & continued to advocate for us through the entire process. Our construction supervisor, Alston was incredible from start to finish. His attention to detail make our home come to life and saved us many headaches. He was responsive to our questions and did a great job keeping us in the loop with progress. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience with Beacon and their team as a whole!

Beacon homes is a sub par home builder. We purchased our home in The Grove and have had nothing but issues. They couldn’t read blueprints properly and incorrectly framed the backyard fireplace, which I had to bring to their attention, as well as placing a bunch of outlets in spots not marked on the plans. Our tile floors are uneven and starting to crack, which more than likely means the foundation is cracking. The house looks like it was painted by a 4 year old, it’s so bad. The gas line to the back patio was never attached it was just laying in the attic under the insulation. The sink in the kitchen was installed backwards, hot was cold and cold was hot, same in master bath shower. The garage door is too small for the opening which causes water to come in and lots of noise when windy. Win

Beacon Homes does a fantastic job in building your forever home! I will say we are very lucky to have Alston as our beacon supervisor who made sure to address all our concerns and his attention to detail is unmatched. Overall, would highly recommend Beacon and Alston if you are looking at building a new home!
