I cannot say enough good things about Dave Beachy and Beachy Properties. I think this is the 6th property we have used Dave for over the years. Dave makes the process so seamless, goes to bat for his buyers, great negotiating and more than anything just a wealth of knowledge and wisdom. Highly recommend! My husband and I have had experience with quite a few realtors in the past, and Dave is by far the best. He truly cares about getting his clients the best deals, the best house, and the best experience hassle free. We were denied a mortgage out of nowhere before closing, but Dave still made sure we still closed on our dream home with a different mortgage company.
