Beachside Apartments

I absolutely love both the apartment, the residents, and the landlords. The residents are kind, generous, and long time renters. The location is perfect for someone who wants to live by the beach in a safe, comfortable, well-maintained, and “local” vibe. Both Kathy and Terry are exceptional to rent from, both attentive to the property and caring about their tenants as individuals. I cannot encourage you you enough to check this place out. It is a great value and I would not move under any circumstances. 100% FIVE STARS.

I absolutely LOVE my apartment at Beachside Apartments. Neighbors are very friendly, it’s a nice, clean, quiet property, even being right off A1A, I’m never disturbed by the noise. Always beautifully maintained. The owners were very easy to work with and the application process was simple and easy. The area has so much to do and it’s all in walking distance of my front door. I couldn’t be happier at beachside apartments, it definitely home ❤️

John Stern I have enjoyed living here for close to 6years, so much in fact that I have recommended these apartments to my granddaughter, who has been here for almost two years and my daughter who will be moving here in March This complex provides beachside living at a price that is affordable for the area, 1 1/2 blocks to the beach,. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The owners are wonderful people who go out of their way to accommodate your needs.

The property is very well maintained and extremely resilient against the weather here in Florida. The property managers and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and communicative. If you’re looking for a great beachside residence, look no further!

Said they won’t approve me cause my husband I don’t meet the income requirements but she refuses to use my income as well. Says they are okay with dogs but she continues to ask me questions about my ESA which is against my fair housing laws. Very unprofessional for not wanting to add my income as well. Never had a complex or a landlord do this before. I drove by the properties and they arnt all that. Over priced for no amenities and nitpicky landlords
