We rented their Jessea property the first week of June 2025. The house is in a nice area, but it really needs work and was a big safety issue for our group as we had multiple children, 7 and under staying there. First no one can walk on the deck without some type of foot wear on as the first day multiple people in group got splinters from the deck including the children. As many of the boards were rotting away. On the 3rd day of the stay, part of the deck by the pool collapsed with me on it. We had to block it off and was barely able to have the kids use the pool as this was a safety concern.
