Absolutely disgraceful parking situation. If your guest dares park in your own designated spot—even with your permission—they’re at risk of being towed like criminals. Meanwhile, no guest parking is available across the street. It’s like a trap. The towing company they use operates like vultures circling a carcass—lurking and ready to extort. Residents should not have to babysit their own spots to prevent this kind of nonsense. This place needs new management that actually respects the people who live here.

Imagine inviting someone over, only for them to be stalked by a tow truck like prey in the wild—then charged hundreds of dollars for parking in the spot you pay for. It’s not just bad policy, it’s predatory. The towing company and management operate like a well-oiled extortion ring, disguising theft as “regulations.” This isn’t community living—it’s legalized harassment. If you like fear, frustration, and fines, this is your paradise.

This company is by far the most unscrupulous, conniving, deceitful and overall awful company to work with. They tow cars when they are not supposed to. My pool was always extremely dirty, literally green. They say they are available after hours for emergencies, that's a laugh because you can barely get through to them during business hours. Whenever i tried to call the office i either didn't get through to anyone or had to speak to the aggressive and rude receptionist Donna. They honestly should be reported. I don't understand how they are still able to operate as a business.

Horrible, corrupt property management company! Avoid this company at all cost.. they need their license revoked immediately. They never hold elections or budget meetings. The property they manage at windmill lakes condominium looks abandoned.. They only have 1 board member for years in our condominium phase and we are fighting to get rid of the board member and BDM PROPERTY MNGMNT!! They tow innocent homeowners registered vehicles in the middle of the night while you’re sleeping. BEWARE^^^^^

If you're a buyer, I strongly urge you to steer clear of this property. Every interaction with the management office will leave you feeling humiliated. Honestly, it was one of the most frustrating encounters I've ever had with management companies. The staff members were unfriendly and rude, They wouldn't even bother to say "Hi" or make eye contact. They communicated in most unfriendly and disrespected manner. All in all, this experience was a major letdown, we decided not to buy an apartment there only because of the management company. I hope my feedback serves as a warning to others. P.S.
