Bayberry Place Apartments

No matter how many times pest control comes to treat the apts, there are constantly cockroaches almost daily. I almost just want to put everything in a u haul storage unit because the roaches are everywhere. No matter how clean your apt is there’s still cockroaches

The staff are awesome. Everyone is so kind here. Maintenance he is so awesome and so kind. All of the staff members keep up the great job. I would not change a thing. If asked I would recommend this place.

Like every other place, when it changes hands from one company to another, things go downhill. There was a note with a squashed bug on the office door from someone who tried to bring it to their attention to call pest control and did nothing about it and then a few months later they invaded my apartment. They finally took care of it. But we now have HUGE pot holes since they did not take care of it. When owned by the other company, these things would be taken care of in a timely manner. And it seems the office hours are not reliable. Many times they are closed due to “training”. If I wasn’t concerned about relocating due to personal reasons, I would. Our property manager Angela made it very easy for us to move in on a short notice. We really needed someone who was willing to work with us on our scenario and she had a great can-do attitude!

First and foremost, the parking lot is full of giant potholes, my bathroom walls or peeling, my bathtub is peeling, the hallway carpet looks bad and smells bad, why are people allowed to barbecue inside of the garages/ "fire hazard". Front door lock is bad, and why don't the office personnel do periodic walk around, for people, smoking cigarettes and smoking pot in the building and playing loud music, and then they could at least give them a warning phone call or something about it, this apartment complex is in a very nice part of egan, and it should be managed as such. There's Tennits that's got garbage flowing outside of there Garage, and no one can call them and ask them to clean up there messy eye sore,
