In BAYBERRY APTS eric the maintenance man just came to this apt, and you can tell he already has and attitude, even though he should have been speaking with my daughter because, I'm just a visitor. He was being very over talkative, trying to get his point across without hearing me. He just told The current tenants that he get things done and said said we had they (my children) has 30 days to pay a bill that my daughter is UNAWARE OF, and then stated they (my children) would be put out Monday (9-22-25). The previous tenant downstairs had the same issue and eric stated that he knew what the issue was and what it was leaking from inside the wall, and NOW all of a sudden it's the washer. This is ridiculous… how are you the manager of these apartments but u can’t clean up what you’re managing? Appearance is everything and it appears that you might not be the one to clean it up… there are thing wrong with these apartments and many people have told u time and time again. You up the prices but the appearance isn’t worth the money. How could u be so simple minded?

This is one of the nicest aprtmnts. I've lived in. It is mine and lainas. My 4yr. Old daughter. The best about this place, is the management and staff. Everyone is treated equally, and will help you anyway they can. The maintenance is also really good, you dont have to wait if there is a problem in your apartment. Let the office know and they get right on it! I have to add this since my first post. I left my keys in my door all night long and nothing was bothered, then today in broad daylight, my mom's purse was left outside our door and one of our neighbors knocked on my door to see if it was ours. I am extremely happy I live here I've never felt more safe anywhere I've lived before.

Very peaceful! Nice and roomy interior as well!! Neighbors are friendly and there’s no problem unless you make a problem!

Old property manager sucked but we have a new property manager and is nice
