We had a condo here for 15 years . Very clean and well maintained . Cleaning lady, Marcia keeps the place spotless . She is helpfull and pleasant to deal with .

Great Board of Directors, Management Co.and the cleaning woman very nice. Low Maintenance fees. Eating out at the Grill area by the Marina watching the boats go by is one of the Highlights of our Home at Bay Yacht Club! Small pet allowed upon approval. A Great “Boutique” Condo East of US1. GREAT location. You can pull out onto Federal Hwy in either direction and find anything you need. They have a huge beautiful pool out in back with an unparalled view of the bay (Lake Santa Barbara). Covered parking options available as well as boat slips. Party room and gym available as well. The condos overlooking the bay, connecting canals, and the pool have gorgeous views! Nice place to live!
