Bay One

I have lived at Bay One for a year now and there are a wealth of great things to say about this place. 1. Leasing/Property Manager and Director: Micah and Latonya are very professional and extremely kind individuals who do a fantastic job managing the property. This has been consistent since my very first day moving in over a year ago and still am greeted anytime I see them, creating a pleasant and comforting atmosphere throughout the community/building. They really do go above and beyond. 2. Maintenance: Carlos and the team are super friendly and very good at what they do. The entire building is pretty much spotless 24/7 and any issues (minor but all places have issues) are addressed pretty much immediately. I would also state Carlos and team do go above and beyond. 3. I have lived at Bay One for about 3 years now. I really enjoyed my experiences here. The building is clean and has a lot of resources such as workstations and rooftop. I sometimes work from home this gives me an escape from my apartment when I have work calls. The gym has everything you need such as free weights and cardio equipment. It is never really busy, so I always get a good workout in. The staff is always available to resolve issues to the best of their abilities. Micah is great to deal with! He really tries to work with us and find a solution for any problem we face. Latonya, Carlos, Mike and Jordan are extremely helpful as well. We did have the issue with the elevators this summer. I’ve been at Bay One for a couple of months now, and it’s been a great experience so far. The building is clean, quiet, and the residents are respectful—you barely even see them, which makes the whole place feel calm and comfortable. The staff is truly what sets Bay One apart. Micah is always great to work with and goes out of his way to help with any concerns. Latonya, Carlos, Mike, and Jordan are all incredibly helpful and responsive. And on the rare occasions when the elevators act up, Carlos is quick to address it and get everything running smoothly again. I recently moved to New Jersey from California, and the staff at Bay One made the entire transition incredibly smooth. Latonya and Micah went out of their way to ensure I could live here, and their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The building itself is beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained.
