Chisty is great manager, she runs the place organized, clean and great to live ❤️ It is a great community of good and kind people who will run to help you when your home is being invaded at night. Good location and all stores are around close to you.

This apartment complex is in conjunction with another complex which are merged in that would be mid peninsula housing they are very nice apartment store on the corner of University in Bay Road gated very safe first day of child friendly very safe with children like I said it is very locked down as far as safety measures go but does not look like it was very nice building very modern I give this a five I don’t live there so I don’t know how the insides of the properties look but I give this a five based on what I’ve seen so far in the past thank you very much and have a good day D. Never been inside the units. But exterior and grounds are well maintained. Residents are always friendly
