Bay Harbor Apartments

Lisa Sands and the rest of the team have been excellent. I have had some issues with the apartment that have taken some time to get worked out. The issues involve the ac, the plumbing, dishwasher, disposal, and some other items. The maintenance team is kind and professional, if not a little overwhelmed by the number of maintenance requests. I called the office and spoke with Lisa S and she helped get things together for me. Even with the various issues, the missing modern conveniences (no kitchen sink sprayer for dishes for example, 20 year old low level builder grade materials) I’d still choose to live here again. Why? The staff, the people who live here are friendly, the path along the lake, the location, and it seems very safe for my family. So yes, five stars. Not perfect. But the thi

Amazing place, amazing staff, I cannot say enough good things here!! Lisa went SO very above and beyond to get my family settled into our new home. She made the application process as easy as it could be. We had an idea of which unit we wanted, and she found us an even better one that we never imagined would work for our large family. Danielle is sweet as pie and very helpful as well. The neighborhood is great, so many nice people here. Great price for all the included amenities. My kids and cat love it here! We feel like royalty.

I just recently moved into bay harbor apartments and it has been one of the greatest experiences I have had moving. Amazing and beautiful community and loving my apartment already. HUGE shoutout to Lisa for helping me through the process and making this move easier than I expected. One of the smoothest transitions I could find.

Lisa Sands was super helpful and did her best to try to help me! Thank you Lisa. She is on it 100%, not afraid to pick up the phone to call and diligent at following up and a great communicator. That being said I couldnt get through their application system because of how I recieve my income, but I was approved for a mortgage today-go figure. They use a system that did not recognize my income/deposits into my bank account as "payroll" so therefore there was no way for them to move forward. Without going into too much detail, I am paid by a sole proprietor and recieve funds via Zelle. I make well over 3x the rent, but this was a dead end for them. I just moved out after living here for 3 years and let me tell you: this place is phenomenal! First off: the maintenance team is quite literally the best ever. Keith in maintenance is the best, always so kind and helpful. Secondly: Lisa Korn in the office is so wonderful. She goes above and beyond to be helpful and make you feel at home. When I first moved down from Ohio I was so nervous but after meeting lisa and keith especially I felt so welcome and at home. If youre looking for an adorable and comfy place to live, you found it here! I will miss it here.
