Bay Breeze Apartments

We have lived one year now and we are very happy we chose BAYBREEZE Villas for our Florida residence. The property is always well kept and maintained. Management is great for responding and getting the task done quickly. Maintenance is amazing.! Bob and John both are skilled to deal with any request you might have. It’s a quiet serene environment and a pleasure to be able to enjoy living here!

My husband and I moved from Colorado 4 months ago and we can’t tell how happy we are living in this great community! Everything is always clean and beautiful! There is always a discount in a bar, restaurant or even food trucks that come here to the villas. Before and after hurricane Milton they communicated about everything and offered support all the time! Bay Brezze went behind our expectations!!! THANK YOU! You rock! Pau & Dani

Quiet, clean, and very well kept. Perfect location to anything you may need. Everyone I’ve met here, from the Admins, to the maintenance, and to the other people living here, are all very kind and considerate. It’s animal friendly and those with animals are respectful in cleaning up after their dogs as well as making sure they aren’t loud or disturbing anyone. I’ve finally found the place I want to stay in and hopefully retire in!

We rented an apartment here, site unseen, other than the pictures and reviews I found online. I compared bay breeze villas with six other apartment complexes and I have not been disappointed. We got a three bedroom, facing the lake and love it. The gym, the pool, and the walking path around the lake are amazing. It’s so close to everything and just 20 minutes to Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach. It’s generally very quiet, especially at night. The management here are fantastic and maintenance issues have been handled very efficiently. I highly recommend!

Bay Breeze Villas, has made our transfer to a new community easy and breezy😜. A nice, safe, quiet, welcoming friendly apartment community here in Iona/Ft. Myers. We look forward to living here, getting out to explore the beautiful area and definitely hit up the beach which is right down the road. Double Thumbs Up… 👍 👍
