I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. I wanted to wait until I lived here for a while to ensure my review stayed true and it has! I give this company 5 stars for multiple reasons. The first is Leslie, the leading/rental agent. She is absolutely delightful to work with, she gets back to you promptly even though she is SO busy and she is incredibly sweet and doesn’t apply pressure at all. This was my first time renting my own space and I had so many questions, I genuinely felt like I was pestering her constantly even before coming close to signing a lease and she never once made me feel like a bother. Today, I had service done on the electrical box in my apartment. When I got home, I found that the service was completed, but my refrigerator wasn't working. I tried troubleshooting it myself, but I couldn't get the circuit breaker to work. I went online to fill out a service request, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response; I didn't expect to hear back until the next day. Fredy called and mentioned he was nearby and could come by to take a look. He arrived in less than 15 minutes and explained how the new circuit breakers worked in under five minutes. Both he and another worker provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate their quick and professional response.

If I the option to rate this place a zero, I would. From terrible management to the team in the office is absolutely horrible. My daughter supposed to start college. We applied for 1 bd 1 bath. We already got approved and my complete address with the exact unit number email to me. 2 before my move in date I call to get the amount I will need buy the money order for because the price would prorated, I was told by Glen that they don't have an apartment ready for me and I'm not qualified for the apartment. We had a great experience with the folks at one of the properties managed by Bay Apartment Advisors. Since they took over our building, they have made general repairs, beautified our landscaping, set up semi-monthly building cleaning as well as provided timely repairs for our unit. The team has been courteous and professional, keeping us abreast of the process being made with any issues we have at hand.

Not very responsive. The communal spaces are always a mess. I've asked numerous times why this is and they either ignore my calls and emails or give me lame excuses. We've had numerous issues with break ins and their responses are underwhelming. After noticing that the elevator permit was expired I brought it to their attention and after a month I noticed a unofficial sticker claiming it to be a temporary permit was posted next to the official permit. 11 months later this sticker is still posted. For all the money they are collecting they definitely do a lousy job. Step it up.
