Bavarian Village Apartments

Maintenance is 10/10. I need to ask the one who comes to fix my apartment the most their name. He is always so nice and finds a solution for me. It’s a great team in general.

I had to move from Texas to Indiana for a job and had to communicate with the apartment staff via phone. It was such an easy process. I didn't see my apartment until the day I moved. I selected these apartments due to having the best reviews in the area and the easy user friendly website they have. All the apartments near the area still use paper applications and that was difficult for me to do from many miles away. My whole 9 months of living here was great. Though the surrounding neighborhoods seem a little sketchy, these apartments are very safe. Apartments are clean and well maintained. Maintenance staff works fast to fix any issues. Neighbors are friendly too! I had a great experience in Indiana and if I ever need to move back, Bavarian Village Apartments would be my go-to apartments

I give Bavarian Village 5 stars because the apartments are clean and well kept. I did have an issue with roaches but maintenance immediately came and sprayed and continued to spray I don’t have to call them anymore because I keep my apartment clean. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. There are No potholes at all I think they repave every year they are constantly painting and keeping up with the grounds this place is actually one of the best well kept apartment complex on the Eastside….KUDOS BARVARIAN VILLAGE!! a proud resident.

I requested a repair service for the kitchen drainer, it's been two weeks already, nothing has been done so far.

Very serene and neat arrays of apartments. I couldn’t ask for more. Also, the Front office personnel and facilities management team are very prompt.
