Battery heights is not responsible for cleaning parking spaces but either sidewalks or walkways like they said, 9583 is STILL NOT CLEANED please keep in mind we have kids and all this is very dangerous.

Battery Heights Apartments recently posted a notice asking residents to be mindful of their neighbors during the storm, noting that no parking space is considered private. While that is understood, it is important to acknowledge that some residents—particularly elderly individuals with disabilities like me, paid out of pocket to have our vehicles and parking areas dug out. In these situations, basic courtesy and respect should be exercised. If a parking spot is clearly marked with a chair, cone, or other visible item, residents should be mindful and avoid occupying that space, especially when it has been cleared at personal expense. It is also concerning when such markers are removed by others, including individuals associated with Battery Heights maintenance, in order to park their own

A great community! People for the most part are friendly. I love the diversity in the apartments are spacious for the price well placed easy comfortable living spaces. Close to two parks so close to walking to historical train station. It's a wonderful place to live!

I wish there was zero starts, the management of Battery Heights Apartments deserves zero stars. I rarely leave negative feedback, but this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex especially in the way they treat customers who are moving out for better opportunities. It’s a long story, but I’ll keep it as short as possible. After purchasing a home, I informed the apartment management a month in advance that I would be ending my lease. I spoke with their manager, Dawn, and we agreed that if I found someone to take over the lease, I wouldn’t have to pay certain fees.
