There are much better homes in the area. Idk how people think Kaleb is wonderful as he is young and hasn't gotten his bearings. Definitely has been a hassle to deal with them and although they are better than Journey homes, Sage and Aspen homes in the area are selling faster and developed better. They need a more experienced and communicative construction manager with some experience under their belt. Not a young gunner who doesn't wanna show he's new to the field with no vigor or drive. Sad to see the first community like this by Bartran

Dan and Kaleb are honest and respectable residential construction gurus. They balance the need for affordable housing with great structural bones and nice finishes, and always do the right thing. They serviced the pandemic with grace when many others were letting go thousands of employees. Kaleb is an honest, no-nonsense manager who does the right thing for his contractors and clients, as is the owner Dan. As a side note, It’s a shame that ‘google reviews’ is always a place for certain people to take out their own issues at others expense. Be careful of the negative crap…..If you only knew the truth.

We loved working with Kaleb Keefauver at Bartran Construction. We purchased from out of state. We hadn't even seen the house. Kaleb did a live walk through of the house and sent is videos. The whole process was very smooth. Being a smaller local company they care about the people they work with. They stand behind their product.
