Bartlett Apartments

My mom was approved for a apt did the paperwork pay for the application fee,was told what apt she was to move in, she call management about the apt,ok mom have to move before the 10/01)2020 call the management check on the apt that she was approved for,all packed up make moves plans, guess what the management has gave the apt to someone else, didn't call my mom and let her no. I think the manager need to gave her apt before her time run out,are gave her back her application Fe

😡😡Waiting to move in my Apartment Been waiting for over 3 weeks now No communication from manager i have to call to check on the apartment myself or go up there to see what's going on with my apartment 😡😡😡 No communication from them at all!!
