Barry Court

This is an updated review for Barry Court, where we currently reside in our wonderful Chicago. For over a year, my significant other and I have lived in Barry Court. We have had no issues with anybody in the building or the Horizon Realty Group Staff. Notably, our property manager LaTanya, stays in contact with anything building-related and answers my many calls due to a very complex year for us personally. Our maintenance team, more specifically Ralph and William, are phenomenal. More recently, our building had its share of plumbing issues, and our sink was flooding. I was so lucky to see Ralph and William running down the stairs anyway, as they were attending to the needs of the residents above us. Terrific maintenance staff!! Fixed everything in our apartment since we moved in in October. New dishwasher, stove and removed the air conditioner for winter storage. Fixed toilet fixtures and lights. Great team!!
