Barrington Townhomes

Cruddy and very small charging your arm and leg definitely taking advantage of.. not to mention there's no set Rent everybody's rent seems to be a different amount. Definitely a duplex but you're being told it's a town home, no basement. They'll try to entice you with free internet but it doesn't make up for the horrible floorboards every time you walk you'll feel like the whole place is about to fall apart.

Awesome place to live! Quite and great for the price. It’s nice to have 2 floors and 2 baths and an outdoor patio. Jesse and maintenance are Amazing!! So friendly and accommodating to all of my needs. I was there 3 months before I was suddenly transferred to another city and Jesse even tried to find another apt for me within their corporation and move my security! That’s 10 star treatment!!!

I don't even know where to start, my car was vandalized in this property- was hoping for a footage but apparently none of the cameras work per management despite the signage that there are cameras everywhere. I tried to contact office, they told me the only working camera didn't see anything, which they didn't even get any information from us what time it was or when so how?? Now we're left paying out of pocket for the damage because insurance won't cover all of it. I no longer feel safe in this property knowing that none of the cameras work. We don't pay $1200/month for this. Ridiculous

This place is is awful. Maintenance never fixes the water leakage in my kitchen. This caused mold, unwanted smells, flies and additional damage to the electric stove and floor. It got so bad, I could no longer tolerate the smell, Flies and water damage. I stopped using my kitchen space, for safety and unlivable and tolerable conditions. Furthermore, I communicated to the maintenance employee, letting him know there was water damage, causing additional distribution. Weeks and months went by. So I called the Canandaigua City code enforcement office. They stopped by, found the same issues I did, and gave Barrington TownHomes 2 months to fix the finds that the Code enforcer officer found in issue. Update: since someone will respond here but not on resident portal lol I do indeed live in the complex, right in the middle…I’ve lived here for two years in two different units Jesse definitely knows we live here. UPDATE: still STINKS the amount of marijuana in these apartments is absurd. It doesn’t matter which unit you are in, your apartment will stink of marijuana. Have a job that it would look bad for you to smell like weed when you show up? Don’t move here then…the weed smoke smell will come in to your apartment and get into your clothes and furniture. Did something break? Do you need maintenance? Might take a few weeks if they do show up…the amount of things my brother has had to fix because the people getting paid to fix the apartments can’t be bothered is absolutely asinine. Don’t
