love this place! So close to everything makes easier to to school and work. My pets love it here too, since they can mingle with buddies during walking time. Pool is so refreshing during the summer. Staff is the best!! Would recommend to anybody and everybody

Pretty great value for where it is. Not only is it close to UTK, it's also close to a bus stop that goes to ORNL. As a result, I recommend here for anyone interning at the lab and looking for temporary places in Knoxville. On top of that, they're cat friendly! I couldn't ask for more. There are of course a few people living here who don't like to pick up after their dogs, but new management seems to have been doing a great job cracking down on that. The place has been recently renovated, and is really cleaning up since the old management left. My tip to the management: make laundry free. I estimate you all pull in about 51k monthly. Each person doing laundry monthly pays about 1.2k, assuming one washer and one dry per person per week. The six washers and dryers probably need to be replac

J Lunsford in the front office was so very helpful during the move-in process and getting settled here. My daughter and I both think she will love it here. Great location!
