Banyan Trail Apartments

I lived here at Banyan Trail for a year and had an overall wonderful experience. I only ended up leaving to be closer to my children's new school, otherwise I would have absolutely stayed. Joy and the property management team are extremely helpful and punctual in their communication and assistance, and there were many times when things like maintenance requests were fulfilled the very same day. There's ample parking in the lots and the pool area and laundry facilities are very well maintained and great for families. I was very happy with my experience here and would say it's a great value compared to other neighborhoods in the Sarasota area.

We are so lucky to live in such a lovely place. The grounds are the nicest in the area. If you like Banyan Trees and Florida Oaks this is the place to live. Joy does everything to make you feel welcome and is always ready to help. Michael is happy to help with any of your requests.

We have lived at Banyan Trail for four years and are only leaving because we're relocating to another state. We have truly loved every minute. The small size of the property feels so cozy and friendly. It's quiet, beautifully maintained and its aesthetic is beyond charming. It's the prettiest complex in a city overrun by cookie cutter apartment homes. The location is fantastic. We actually had nicknamed it "The Shire" because it reminded us of the hobbit village from Lord of the Rings- it's a compliment!! Never tired of seeing the gorgeous old trees from the living room windows every day. And if you ever need anything, Joy and her team are the most responsive anywhere. She truly cares, and it always showed. We will miss Banyan Trail!

I was fortunate enough to call Banyan Trail my home for 3 years. The experience was nothing but positive. Quiet neighborhood with good neighbors, clean and beautiful grounds, timely work order fulfillment, and an amazing manager that truly cares about the community and it's tenants. Joy is the sweetest and always ready to help. The buildings have been beautifully maintained, and I would recommend this community to anyone looking for somewhere to call home in the area.
