the apartment was atrocious with the roach infestation that seemingly has been a thing for years based on the reviews. management and exterminator bang on the door like they’re the fbi. when we asked exterminator why they bang so loud, he said it’s so that tenants can hear them, and that they’ve gotten guns drawn on them for entering apartments without answers, which they shouldn’t be entering the premises especially without 24hr notice. every time the exterminator came, we never got 24hr notice prior. anyways we asked them not to bang like that on our door anymore because our baby was sleeping. he said he’ll take note of it. then management came back with the exterminator a month later, banging loud again. also, i don’t know why but the property manager, Andrew Bruno wrote a 5 star review

The manager was very kind and polite to us. She gave us all the information needed. Great customer service and very patient.

⸻ I’m extremely disappointed with the management of this building. From the moment I moved in, it’s been nothing but frustration. The building is infested with cockroaches, and despite multiple complaints, nothing has been done to properly address the issue. It’s unacceptable and disgusting to live in these conditions. On top of that, the management is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Requests for maintenance are ignored or take weeks to be handled, and even then, the work is done poorly or incompletely. Communication is nonexistent you’re lucky if you even get a reply. It’s clear that they do not care about the health, safety, or comfort of the residents. I would strongly advise anyone considering living here to look elsewhere. This place is not worth the stress.

Banyan Club and the ongoing renovations are transforming this place for the better! The updated landscaping, modernized common areas, and refreshed units with new flooring and appliances are impressive. Management communicates clearly about timelines and handles concerns promptly. The upgrades are worth it, and the community feels more vibrant already. Highly recommend checking it out!

My dad is a tenant here and this will be his last year here. He is disabled and I have to do everything for him. Every month the staff is not available like today to take the check from me, but is so eager to charge a late fee. This is unprofessional and the option to pay online is not convenient especially when they charge a 40 fee to pay online, cause the only option it gives is to pay with your card. Not to mention maintenance is never available it took more than 2 month for them to respond to my dad’s fuse burned out. Leaving them in the dark. These people have no humanity for the people leaving here and unfortunately i was so desperate to find a place I just took it disregarding the reviews please DONT INGNORE THIS SIGN AND DONT MOVE IN!!!
