I paid $35 to look at a property that was surrounded by caution tape. The spacious studio depicted on line was literally a 10x10 space and they wanted $1000 a month. Run run run far away from any property listed by Bandi or Huntington Associates. When I posted this review showing the other people who showed up also to be scammed I got a call from the realtor who showed up late saying I slammed the door shut when I left and they were going to call the cops. I held off on writing in this review at the request of the Girl Hunny, who got me into the apartment through Bandi! However, I’m not gonna hold my tongue anymore this has got To be the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in and I’ve been around for 49 years so I’ve seen a lot of crap and the worst maintenance I’ve ever seen has been done on this apartment. I will include pictures. Also they try to rip you off. That the prior owners were very good people to Brother owned Bandi and the place that I live in. I spoke to the neighbors ever since the new owners took control. Everything is falling to crap they don’t fix anything. They take the easy Way out all the time. There’s a reason this place has such low ratings, and my experience confirms it. If you’re a potential tenant, please take those reviews seriously and consider looking elsewhere. You deserve a community where management communicates, maintains the property, and treats residents fairly — and this is not that. The only reason I renewed my lease was to stay close to a sick loved one; otherwise, I would not still be living here. I was unfairly charged for sink materials during a maintenance request. I provided photos showing the rust and the deteriorating condition in this unit — obvious signs of long-term neglect, not tenant damage. If I could give bandi property ZERO stars I would. If you are going to rent here it would be your most worst decision made! These property owners are liars scammers and have absolutely the worst communication I have ever dealt with they speak to you via email in such disrespectful manners and they do not fix any maintenance issues in a timely fashion this unit was filled with roaches and mice and also had mold inside of walls and I am going to put pictures of how they “fixed these issues” and now are blaming me and trying to charge me as well by taking my entire security deposit for maintenance issues that they are responsible for. Over the years, we've built a relationship and the landlord does seem willing to work with me (within reason). Before resigning, they were willing to rectify some things that should have been done before I moved in, and they were willing to negotiate the lease. It's a nice property. Team is working hard to rework image. I think we've come to a mutual respect.
