Ballena Village

Just moved in recently, but so far I’m really happy here! Lusi gave me a tour and she was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the start. The move-in process was smooth, and her manager Sam helped make everything easy, even speeding up a maintenance request right when I moved in, which I really appreciated. Shoutout to the maintenance team as well — I think it was Michael who came by to fix something in my kitchen, and he was great. My neighbors have been really kind too. The community is peaceful and honestly way quieter than I expected, especially with so many units and schools nearby. It feels like a great spot for singles, couples, and families. Amazing Experience at Ballena Village! I’ve had such a great experience living at Ballena Village for just about a year now! The community is always clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. The amenities are well-kept, and the maintenance team is outstanding — quick to respond and always professional. It really feels like they care about keeping everything running smoothly. A special shoutout to Anna, who truly goes above and beyond for residents. She’s incredibly responsive, kind, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. Anna is personable, friendly, and a great problem solver — she makes living here even better! I moved from across the country to Ballena Village (sight unseen). This process could have been extremely stressful but the team here made it super easy. Ana, Lusi and Sam made the move a breeze and were extremely responsive. I have since lived here for almost a year and the team even helped me transfer units internally when I wanted to upgrade (an available option after only 6 months)! Overall, amazing experience and to anyone wanting some assurance like I was when moving from far away and can't make it out to tour- this is the place for you!

My partner and I moved into this complex less than a week ago and it is the smoothest moving experience I have ever had. Niche and Aurielle made the paperwork effortless. Everything was very clear and after our tour we sat right down and applied! We are in love with our apartment waking up to the beautiful sunrises from our balcony. I have started working out in the gym and it has everything you’d need and it is very clean too. There is a beautiful pool that I have yet to dip into but I am excited. The area is gorgeous with a walkway I started taking leading to a small cute market and a harbor. The view of the bay and SF to the West is breathtaking! Having lived here for a few years, I can confidently rate this complex as outatanding. The maintenance team is very helpful and responsive, Jose in particular does a great job handling service requests. The office staff is very helpful and friendly, they've always resolved any issues quickly and courteously. They do a good job of enforcing the rules fairly, which makes life for the rule-abiding tenants much better. They also invest in maintaining and updating the buildings and units regularly, there is almoat always aome improvement project in progress. The grounds are beautiful and always well-kept, it's a big enough complex that you can get a good walk in, including some beautiful bayside views, without even leaving the property.
