Backbay Gardens Associates

Just completed my first year at the apartments. Have not experienced any pest or roaches of any kind. The place is very clean, with great views of the Bayonne Bridge and Elizabeth Port from upper floors. The maintenance staff is excellent. Basic repairs are addressed promptly. I only gave it a four star because the walls are thin and my neighbors sometimes talk loud....like most elders.😊

No comment. It's not worth my time. Good for the destitute better than living on the street but too many rules, regulations, fines. It's like walking on broken glass living there. Oh! Whatever your complaint you're always wrong! Cant fight city hall.
