Terrible tenant customer service. BEWARE the deposit terms change when you go to leave. They require you to have carpet professionally cleaned and then deduct $300 from deposit even though you provide proof of cleaning. Charge $35 for replacement stove trays that were damaged when moved in. Office Manager extremely rude when you give notice and talks down about other office personnel. Winter renters beware of parking lot towing....$100. Tenants told to park in city parking due to lack of adequate parking. RENT ELSEWHERE. You wont get a response from Office Manager when you try to hold them responsible to their rental terms.

I have been renting at Babinski’s “The Ranch” since February 2021 my lease will be up in 2024. I hope to stay for quite some time if they’ll have me! I love the location and the apartments are one level which is extremely important since I’m getting closer to retirement and do have a bit of mobility issues. The apartment size are very nice at least for a one bedroom. Between 700-800square feet. Grounds are kept clean from debris. Laundry room is cleaned at least once a week. They provide bags for cleaning up after your pets in the pet area. I have had pleasant interactions with management as well as all maintenance. They don’t always tell me what I want to hear but have always been clear regarding their expectations. I have never had to wait more than a day for any maintenance request and

A family member lived here and it's absolutely awful. The apartment is a dark hole in the wall in my opinion. The apartments are outdated and unmaintained. The windows freeze up really bad. They clearly need to be replaced. Not all apartments have a deadbolt. The don't fix things like they should. The handyman isn't even a real handyman. He's just the husband of the Manager. When things need to be repaired they blame the renters. The amount they charge for this dump of a place is ridiculous. I wish we could have convinced our family member to not rent from here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to rent.

They are the WORST to rent from. They will decide if they like you and if they don't they will make your renting process absolutely hell!!!! They don't actually fix major issues they just give you a little bandaid to put over it so they don't have to hear about it anymore. Tanya and mindy are extremely rude. They will move you to month DON'T without any reason and anytime there is an issue. They don't give you an explanation on why they're doing what they basically they DON'T plow in the winter so it's extremely slippery in the parking lot they don't salt or anything VERY UNSAFE!!! You are basically only allowed to walk from your car to the apartment. They don't allow you to go on the sides or that back of the building witch is ridiculous. I would not suggest renting from this property and

I wouldn't even give them a star but had to. This place is awful. Owners and managers like to screw people over. First they kick out my daughter and son-in-law when she was 6 months pregnant and gave them 2 wks to move out. All because the building kept getting bed bugs and the management accused them of bring them in when they only had bed bugs in the room that was attached to another apartment that had them bad. They're rent was always paid on time. Then they expected the kids to pay for carpet cleaning, etc., kept their deposit and was trying to get more money above the deposit from them. Now my boys have moved out and we cleaned the apartment. Knowing that they are remodeling the apartments and would be replacing carpet any way we didn't attempt to clean it. I will be honest it w
