They make you to sign a contract with all you want but it gets stuck with no communication from them, pictures were taken with cellular and posted in Zillow, no inspection from anyone to the house, will get any complaints about your home after signing the contract, they will follow-up with updates, no follow with professional and ethics with you... Luis Pacheco works as investors in this company was very nasty with attitude. No professionalism skills at all. Anahi Quiroga and Gaby Garcia have no clue what are they're doing. This is a scam, don't fall of anything will tell.. it's all lies to get your business and do nothing for your own benefits.

Thomas the property manager is great. Hes always helpful and making sure everything runs smoothly. He was so kind during my move down here to Florida and was patient with working everything out when I was in a different state. Definitely recommend thomas if you need help

If you are looking for an apartment and you see the BH logo, RUN! This is the worst apartment management company, or company in general, I've ever dealt with. Maintenance where I am is great but the office staff is horrible. You've been warned.
