B and B Inspections, LLC

Pre-Home Purchase Inspection.. Peter was absolutely amazing. We are attempting to purchase a home in the Kentucky or Tennessee area long distance. We live in Washington State and are unable to view homes in person, as such we were relying on our inspector to be our eyes and more. After reviewing his website and the thoroughness of the inspections he performs we decided to hire B and B Inspections to do the inspection on the first home that our offer was accepted. Note this is our third home to put an offer in on so we were pretty excited that it was accepted, but also extremely nervous since we were doing this basically sight unseen, other than listing photos, which we all know are the best foot forward. Peter's report was extremely thorough and easy to understand in layman's terms. H

VERY unprofessional. Was inspecting a home we were trying to sale. Left our emergency heat on full blast in the middle of summer. left windows up, was rude to my wife who gave him free reign of the house, she was outside the whole time purposely not standing over his shoulder or asking any questions. He Had the potential buyers believing our foundation was just short of falling in. So after he scared these buyers off we had 4 different home contractors check out our crawlspace to repair damage that was reported by B and B and literally each one said “trust me I’ll always take work but that crawlspace is completely fine, I’d move my family in this home today.” By all means if something was in bad shape or damaged, I want it fixed, but no one could find a thing wrong with our home.
