Been a tenant for a few years now it’s a calm, quiet community in a great location and the office manager Liz is friendly and professional she was helpful and resolved my issues quickly and carefully come by and check them out

This is by far the worst place to live in Savannah , GA. I moved in May 2023 into a unit without air. The maintenance man stole out of my unit. The property manager isnt well versed in her profession. My air never worked properly, and I didn’t find out that there was mold in my unit on the air conditioning system until 2025. These people had been in and out of my unit a multitude of times over a two year span and never once said I was living with mold. I was informed by a third party who was hired through the complex. Coincidentally enough, after this information was shared with several residents he was never seen again. My dog died from living in a unit with mold. They went up on my rent after the first year without any explanation or upgrades. The appliances are outdated and they do not

Disappointed After Over a Year of Living Here My family and I have lived at Azure Cove Apartments for over a year. Up until recently, we had no issues with roaming animals on the property and it’s truly due to the old management who were phenomenal with being super proactive about addressing the needs of the residents and not tolerating foolishness. However, since new residents began feeding stray cats, the problem has become impossible to ignore. Cats are now frequently gathered around the complex and even near our unit doors. As someone who is pregnant and has allergies, this situation is not only frustrating but also a genuine health concern. My husband and I have brought this issue to the attention of the leasing office managers and agents numerous times over the past three months. U

Too many inspections every time I turn around it’s a new stranger coming into my apartment. It’s very unsatisfying. They always going up on rent every year the only thing I truly feel like my money is worth is the peace, it is very peaceful and I have to just look at it like that we will be paying 2000 up coming lease sign at least pressure wash the apartments. The only thing that really keeping me here is God and discernment with the Holy Spirit. It’s smaller however I rather for anybody to move in the apartments on Chatham Parkway right around the corner. It’s just not worth it but I thank God he blessing me a roof over my head. Makes me feel like I’m on section 8 I’m sick and tired every time I turn around it’s a stranger in my house.
